Warranty
Metro/Lionville Systems, Inc. warrants its Medication, Point of Care, Healthcare and Tech Series Carts to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the time of shipment (excluding electronic components, below). ABS cassettes carry a lifetime warranty. Parts required to correct any defects will be supplied at no charge, including standard shipping. Parts installation will be supported by phone consultation with a Metro/Lionville service and/or technical representative. Electronic Components: A one (1) year warranty applies to Metro/Lionville’s electronic locking system and related components (including keypads, LockAlert automatic relocking, and related parts), the Lionville Power Solution (LPS), and the original equipment batteries. This warranty does not cover service or parts for components damaged due to the use of a non-Lionville recharger. Metro/Lionville does not warrant computer and related components that are installed in or on Metro/Lionville carts whether by Metro/Lionville or another party. The Standard Warranty does not cover service and/or parts replacement deemed necessary due to loss, accident, negligence, and/or misuse of equipment. The warranty on batteries left in an uncharged state for more than 90 days is automatically void.
